Our stay was super peaceful and cozy. Nice, clean space, comfortable, and in a beautiful area. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. A lovely place to stay to see upstate New York’s beautiful fall foliage. Definitely recommend!

Only spent one night here but it was so comfortable and relaxing. Great area, close to everything but still felt secluded enough. Loved the coffee and granola! Would definitely return and recommend!

This cottage was a perfect home base for my Catskills getaway! It’s conveniently located with easy access to natural attractions, as well as farm stands, restaurants, and activities. It’s located in a nice and quieter residential area but still off of a main road, so not too remote. The hosts were lovely and communicative and made sure I was all set for my stay. I had a lovely time making a fire in the fire pit, enjoying the sleek modern decor, and only wish I could have stayed longer than two nights! I’d definitely recommend staying here and hope I can return!

A lovely two story cottage with a nice porch and backyard fire pit. So close to tons of hiking around Hunter mountain. Good and quick communication, really a great experience.

We just spent a weekend at The Stream house in the Catskills and it couldn't have been more perfect! David was very communicative before our stay which is always very appreciated. The house was super clean and quaint. Being dog friendly for us was a huge plus. The dogs loved how roomy it was! Our favorite part about the weekend was honestly, being in the house, cooking and watching movies at the end of the day. We would certainly book with The Lorca again! Thank you!

Very accommodating host with a welcoming atmosphere! Between the warmth of the fireplace, the charm of the piano, and the crisp apple on the tree, the experience was overall cozy and serene!

We enjoyed a holiday weekend at the Lorca. Check in was easy and the place was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed use both of the wood burning stove and the fire pit outside during our time as well as a number of hikes in the area. Would recommend for somebody wanting a quiet getaway.

David’s place was the peaceful serene mountainside getaway that we were seeking. He was extremely communicative and met our needs during our stay. The house was clean and exactly as described. Would definitely book here again!

Lovely stay in an adorable, historic house. Beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Happily found the air conditioners were great and cooled the house really well. Would love to stay again!
