Two families with some children between 5 and 8 had a great time here! We loved building a fire, enjoying the (snowy!) topography right outside the door, and the well-equipped kitchen. The beds and bedding were all quite comfortable and we all slept very well. The house is a little bit drafty but the heating system easily makes up for it. We would love to stay again!

My family stayed at the Mountain Farmhouse for 2 nights, primarily for skiing at Belleayre. The residence was exactly as described and the location was perfect, less than 10 minutes from the ski resort. Restaurants were great and David was very responsive. The Farmhouse was perfect for what we needed. Thanks David and Tina!

David and Tina were wonderful hosts — incredibly welcoming and always quick to respond. They proactively warned us about an incoming snowstorm and were extremely flexible and understanding when we ran into unexpected car trouble the next day, even accommodating a later checkout. The cabin itself was very cute, cozy, and spotless — clearly well cared for and thoughtfully set up. We felt very taken care of throughout our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable getaway.

My stay at The Lorca in the Catskills was fantastic. The house was super clean, comfortable, and had beautiful mountain views. The lake nearby was lovely, and the sound of the stream was very relaxing. The local diner was really good, and Woodstock Brewery was a highlight. The town of Woodstock was lovely, with a great vibe and nice spots to walk around. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

the Stream House is a charming cottage set beautifully against a waterway. Well appointed, spotlessly clean. David was friendly and helpful. I would book here again for sure, or stay in any of David's other listings. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Rented for 2 nights and had a great stay at the Stream House! The evening we arrived it was a heavy downpour and had some concerns about finding the spot but David preempted us with notes on finding the place and it helped a lot. The listing itself met all my expectations, and even exceeded in some regards. The place felt newly constructed or renovated, had everything we could have needed, and the creek behind the house was beautiful — the vibes were exactly what we were looking for. Much appreciated the extra infrared heater in the living room given the temps were dropping below freezing.

Perfect getaway from the city - near Kingston , near phoenica diner , near lots of great hikes. Very clean home , fully functional kitchen , comfy bed and good shower. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend

A lovely two story cottage with a nice porch and backyard fire pit. So close to tons of hiking around Hunter mountain. Good and quick communication, really a great experience.
